Inverted Follicular Keratosis



This is a lesion commonly described in face or nose of elderly, according to experts, it is probably an inverted irritated seborrheic keratosis. The lesion is very well circumscribed with squamous eddies, no inflammation, no mitosis or nuclear pleomorphism.
